Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the PRE SZN application ("the App") or visiting pre-szn.com ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

PRE SZN is a fitness training application that provides AI-generated training programs, workout tracking, run tracking, recovery analytics, and coaching features. The App integrates with Apple HealthKit and Apple Watch to provide personalised recommendations based on your health and fitness data.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use PRE SZN. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to update it as necessary. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

PRE SZN provides training programs, recommendations, and analytics for informational and educational purposes only. PRE SZN is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns. You acknowledge that:

• Physical exercise carries inherent risks including injury, and you participate at your own risk
• AI-generated recommendations are based on data patterns, not clinical assessment
• Readiness scores and recovery analytics are estimates, not medical diagnostics
• You should stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Create multiple accounts or use automated tools to access the service
• Share, resell, or redistribute training programs or content from the App

All content, features, training programs, algorithms, designs, and code within PRE SZN are the intellectual property of PRE SZN Pty Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Training programs created by PRE SZN, including those endorsed by Quade Cooper and Louis Dallimore, are proprietary content and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

You retain ownership of the training data and personal information you input into the App. By using the App, you grant PRE SZN a limited licence to process this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Some features of PRE SZN may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We strive to maintain the App's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRE SZN Pty Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or loss of profits.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRE SZN Pty Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of PRE SZN after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
